Shipping

How much will shipping cost?

For local orders: R80 for orders under R500 and free shipping for orders over R500.

For international orders (outside South Africa): Your shipping costs are calculated by order weight and varies based on your location. To calculate your shipping costs, add the products you wish to purchase to your cart and enter your country on the checkout page. Your shipping costs will automatically be calculated.

Please note that there may be additional customs charges for international orders, once your order has reached you.

How will my order reach me?

For local orders, we use a courier service that will deliver your package to your door, so please provide us with a street address and make sure someone will be present to receive your package.

For international orders, we ship all packages by air mail via the South African post office.

Can I collect?

Yes! If you are in the Somerset West area, you can collect your order from us. Just pick the ‘Collection’ option at the checkout and we’ll send you our address.

How long will it take?

Kindly note that we only process orders when we have received your payment and the money reflects in our account. EFT payments sometimes take longer to reflect and may therefore delay your order.

For local orders:

If your order does not include bedding, you can expect it in 2 – 3 working days if you are in a major city and 4 – 5 working days if in an outlying area.

If your order does include bedding, allow us an extra week to prepare your order, since all of our bedding is made to order.

For international orders:

International orders tend to take a couple of weeks to reach their destination, since we ship them by air mail using the South African post office. Please allow some extra time if you have ordered bedding, since all of our bedding is made to order.

Please note that these lead times are only an estimate and may vary depending on your order and where you are situated. If you have any questions about how long it will take, or you need to ensure that your parcel arrives by a certain date, we advise that you contact us first.

Payment Methods

Credit Card Payments

PayFast is a secure online payment processing service that we use to process credit card payments (as well as other methods). Read more about their payment methods here.

If you make your payment via PayFast, your order will be processed immediately and you don’t have to send proof of payment.

Bank Deposit/EFT

If you choose this method, you will receive an invoice (via email) upon the completion of your order containing the details of your order and our banking details. You can send your proof of payment to orders@monoshop.co.za but please note that we will only start processing your order after the full payment reflects in our bank account.

Instant EFT

The iPay payment gateway makes it possible to pay via instant EFT, provided you have a bank account with any of the major South African banks. Your EFT payment will reflect immediately (there is no need to send proof of payment) and there is therefore no delay to your order.

Paypal

Due to ZAR (South African Rand) not being a supported currency by PayPal, we are unable to offer the PayPal payment gateway as part of our checkout. However, if you have any problems with the other gateways and would like to pay with your PayPal account, we are able to send you a separate invoice and payment link, allowing you to pay with your PayPal account. If so, just send us an email at orders@monoshop.co.za.

Cheque Payments & COD

Unfortunately we DO NOT accept any payments by cheque and neither do we offer a cash-on-delivery payment option.
