How do I buy something?
- Browse through our products.
- When you see something you would like to purchase, click on the product name to view more about the product.
- If you would like to purchase the product, click ‘Add to Basket’.
- To proceed to the checkout, click on the basket icon at the top right-hand side of the page. Click on the ‘Checkout’ button.
- Create an account OR fill in your shipping and billing addresses. If there is anything you would like us to know when preparing your order, type it into the ‘Order Notes’ box. If you have a coupon code, paste or type it into the coupon box.
- Select your payment method and click ‘Place Order’.
If you are still unsure, simply send us an email at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of the products you want to purchase, as well as your name, contact details and shipping/billing address, and we’ll take it from there.
Where are you based and can I come and collect my order?
Mono Online Shop is based in Somerset West (just outside of Cape Town), South Africa but we ship worldwide. Currently, we do not offer collections but it will soon become available to customers in the Cape Town and Helderberg areas.
How long will I wait for my order?
Kindly note that we only process orders when we have received your payment and the money reflects in our account. EFT payments sometimes take longer to reflect and may therefore delay your order.
For local orders:
If your order does not include bedding, you can expect it in 2 – 3 working days if you are in a major city and 4 – 5 working days if in an outlying area.
If your order does include bedding, allow us an extra week to prepare your order, since all of our bedding is made to order.
For international orders:
International orders tend to take a couple of weeks to reach their destination, since we ship them by air mail using the South African post office. Please allow some extra time if you have ordered bedding, since all of our bedding is made to order.
Please note that these lead times are only an estimate and may vary depending on your order and where you are situated. If you have any questions about how long it will take, or you need to ensure that your parcel arrives by a certain date, we advise that you contact us first.
Can I return a product I'm not happy with?
Absolutely, but please make sure you are aware of our returns policy before you purchase something.
Is my information safe with you?
Can I send something as a gift?
Absolutely. We will even wrap it for you free of charge.
How big are your duvet sets and do they include pillow cases?

*Our standard pillow cases (included with single and larger sizes) are 70 cm x 45 cm. Cot size pillow cases are 30 cm x 40 cm.
**If you require different dimensions for your cot size linen, leave us a note with your order with the size of your duvet and pillow case and we will make it according to your specifications.
Do you make custom products?
It depends. We don’t do brand new design on request but we may be able to customise a product to your needs (for example, custom cot sizes). If you need a custom product, contact us first and we’ll tell you if we are able to do it or not. Custom products will be quoted separately, where applicable.
