How much will shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of R100 on all orders under R500. For orders of R500 or more, delivery is free.

How will my order reach me?

We use either a courier service for deliveries or, if in the Cape Peninsula area, we sometimes deliver the package ourselves. If you would like to receive your parcel through the South African Post Office (not recommended for large items) or if you are not located in South Africa, contact us to arrange an alternative shipping method. We accept international orders via email – shipping costs will be quoted per order.

Can I collect?

For customers who are located in the Helderberg or Stellenbosch area, we offer the option of collecting your order from us in Somerset West. You may also choose this option if you are not in this area but prefer to arrange your own shipping. In the case of a collection, we will let you know when your order is ready and we will also provide you with the collection address.

How long will it take?

Shipping via courier (in South Africa) can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days or more, depending on where you are. If you are in a major city, your parcel will likely reach you within a couple of business days. If in an outlying area, it may take longer. Please contact us if you would like to track your parcel and we will provide you with a tracking number.

Please note that the above times are shipping times only. Most of our orders take an additional 1 – 2 weeks before we can ship them, since most products are made to order. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure about how long your order will take, or if you need it within a certain amount of time.

Payment Methods

Credit Card Payments

PayFast is a secure online payment processing service that we use to process credit card payments (as well as other methods). Read more about their payment methods here.

If you make your payment via PayFast, your order will be processed immediately and you don’t have to send proof of payment.

Bank Deposit/EFT

If you choose this method, you will receive an invoice (via email) upon the completion of your order containing the details of your order and our banking details. You can send your proof of payment to orders@monoshop.co.za but please note that we will only start processing your order after the full payment reflects in our bank account.

Instant EFT

The iPay payment gateway makes it possible to pay via instant EFT, provided you have a bank account with any of the major South African banks. Your EFT payment will reflect immediately (there is no need to send proof of payment) and there is therefore no delay to your order.

Paypal

We accept Paypal as a payment method. If you are placing an international order, or would simply prefer this method, contact us and we will arrange for your payment to be made through Paypal. Please note that if your currency is not supported, we will invoice you in USD.

Cheque Payments & COD

Unfortunately we DO NOT accept any payments by cheque and neither do we offer a cash-on-delivery payment option.
